Nine people have been killed and about three dozen others injured when a passenger bus (Lu 2 Kha 3841) heading to Bhairahawa from Janakpur had an accident on Bhairahawa-Parasi road .
The bus fell into the river below the Rohini river bridge at around 5:45 am on Sunday. The injured passengers have been rescued by security personnel and locals and rushed to the hospital for treatment. Nine injured passengers died in the hospital during treatment.
