Nepal has won four gold medals in the BG Karate Championship organized by Bangladesh Gojuryo Karate Federation and Bangladesh Bishops Association.
Nepal’s Dijen Dolma Lama won two gold medals, while Pasang Tamang and Galmo Somika Lama won one each. Dijen won two gold medals in Kumite and Kata.
Nepal has also won two more silver and five bronze medals. .

Nepal has reached the final after defeating Uzbekistan by 3-0 in the fourth match of the ongoing tournament in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Nepal is at the top of the competition with 11 points, followed by Sri Lanka with 10 points and Uzbekistan with 9 points.
Nepal will play the last match of the group stage against Kyrgyzstan on Saturday. Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan are playing in the last group stage match of the tournament.
