Kathmandu — According to the Nepal Panchang Nirnayak Samiti, the most auspicious time for receiving Dashain Tika this year has been set for 11:53 AM.

The committee also announced that the time for Devi Bisarjan will be at 9:23 AM .

Nepalese living abroad can also put on tika according to the time set by Panchang Nirnayak Samiti.
