A bus accident in Makwanpur killed 5

Five people were killed when a bus ( BA 3 KHA 7858) leaving from Kathmandu to Hetauda met with an accident at Jurikhet in Bhimfedi Rural Municipality of Makwanpur.

Five people travelling on the bus died on the spot when the bus fell off the road in Bhimfedi.

Rescue work is ongoing at the accident site while the injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment. It is estimated that the number of dead and injured may increase as the full details of the incident are not yet available.
