Adjusted employees won’t return to the federal civil service: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has ruled that employees who have gone to the state and local level after adjustment cannot be returned to the federal civil service.

The Supreme Court has rejected the petition filed by the branch officials claiming that they have been wrongly adjusted.

The Supreme Court has paved the way for the candidates awaiting the result after the Public Service Commission examination. Now, the Public Service Commission will have to publish the results of the candidates awaiting the results, while the remaining candidates will have to take the written test, according to the order of the Supreme Court.
