Kathmandu – Separate bills on Air Services and Civil Aviation Authority have been registered in Parliament.

The Federal Parliament Secretariat has filed a Bill-2081 to amend the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Act and a Bill-2081 to establish and manage the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Badri Prasad Pandey has said.

The Bill has been brought to differentiate the two functions of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, which is performing both regulatory and service provider functions.
