The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case in the court against the managing director, employees and contractors of the  Krishi samagri Company.

The Krishi samagri Company Limited under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock has been accused of embezzling more than Rs 1 billion in the procurement process of DAP manure.

The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Sunday filed a case in a special court against managing director Netra Bahadur Bhandari, manager Bishnu Prasad Pokhrel and assistant manager Durga Prasad Pandey.
