Chief Commissioner of the Election Commission Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya has warned that the country could be in a big accident if the election is postponed.

Speaking at the local level election 2079 media orientation program in Janakpurdham , he said, “Missiles have been launched by fixing the date and destination of the election.” Trying to change it upside down, around or in any way is to cause an accident. ‘

He said that there was discussion and debate on the constitution / law when the date of the election was fixed.

Chief Commissioner Thapaliya said that there is no need to disrupt the election process, adding that the election would be held in a clean, free and fair manner. He also claimed that the elections to the House of Representatives, State Assembly, President and Vice President would be held this year.

He also warned that action would be taken against for violating the election code of conduct.
