Government committed to conduct the election in a fair & fearless environment:Deuba

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the government is committed to conduct the elections in a fair, free and fearless environment.

Addressing a special ceremony held at Sainik Manch Tundikhel on Monday on the occasion of Constitution Day, Prime Minister Deuba expressed his hope that the government will get everyone’s support in this task.

The Prime Minister said, ‘the election ensures the peaceful transfer of power in the country through democratic methods and means, on the other hand, it helps to make our constitution viable and increase its vitality. I believe that the government will get everyone’s support in this task.’

Prime Minister Deuba said that the government is moving in the direction of fulfilling the aspirations of the country and the people by maintaining political stability, peace and good governance in the country. He emphasized that the epoch-making political change in the country has been completed and now it should be institutionalized and moved forward

He also said that the responsibility of fulfilling the unfulfilled dreams of our brave martyrs and making Nepal prosperous has now fallen on our shoulders. Using this as an opportunity, there is a need for all of us to work with integrity and honesty to bring prosperity and good governance to the homes of every Nepali as soon as possible .
