Chairman of the Unified Socialists Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that immediate unity between leftist is not possible.

Addressing a press meet in Surkhet, he said that the rumors of electoral unity with the UML were baseless and untrue. During his address, Nepal said, “Such rumors have been spread by arrogant and conspirators trying to break the alliance and there is no possibility of any unity or electoral coordination with the CPN-UML.”

Nepal has said that the current Left-Democratic Alliance will be continued till the upcoming state and House of Representatives elections.
