Congress President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba said the journalism sector should be more responsible for the country and the people.

During the opening ceremony of the 9th Convention of Nepal Press Union in Hetauda, PM deuba urged the journalists to be responsible and accountable refining itself with the help of advanced technology.

Addressing the ceremony he also said that the journalists should not forget their responsibility under the guise of press freedom as press has an important role to strengthened the democracy.

Soon after addressing the ceremony he returned back to Kathmandu.
