The meeting of the Madhesh Pradesh Sabha has been obstructed by the Loktantrik Samjwadi Party (LOSAPA) .

lawmakers from LOSAPA has obstructed the meeting, accusing Finance Minister Shailendra Sah of illegally allocating Rs. 200 million in his home district Saptari .But Finance Minister Sah said that he has allocated the budget for the flood-hit Saptari as per the decision of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport.

However,The lawmakers of the LOSAPA had said that the statement of the Finance Minister is not satisfactory and the meeting would be adjourned until a parliamentary committee is formed to investigate the matter.
