Minister of State for Health of Lumbini Bimala Oli resigns

Lumbini’s controversial Minister of State for Health Biamal Oli has resigned from her post.

She submitted her resignation to Chief Minister Kul Prasad KC and her resignation has been accepted.

The government had formed a committee to investigate the incident after Oli was accused of visiting the house of Dang YCL leader Ekraj Basnet and abusing his wife and daughter.
