In today’s match under SAFF U-20 Championship, Nepal defeated the Maldives by 4-0.
Dipesh Gurung, Sugam Suwal, Kritish Ratna Chunju and Mangya Nakarmi scored 1-1 goals for Nepal in the match at Kalinda Stadium in Bhubaneswar, India. Nepal scored 1 goal in the first half of the game and scored 3 goals in the second half of the game.
Nepal will play the second match of the tournament against Sri Lanka on Wednesday and the third match will be played against India on 31 July.
