Nepali national cricket team leaving for Oman today

The Nepali national cricket team is leaving for Oman today to participate in the Global Selection A of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

According to the Nepal Cricket Association (NCA), the Nepali team will leave for Oman at 8.30 pm on Tuesday. In Global Choice A, hosted by Oman, Nepal, Philippines, Canada, UAE, Bahrain, Ireland and Germany are participating. The games will be held from February 18 to 24.

Group A comprises Nepal, Canada, Philippines and Oman. Group B comprises UAE, Bahrain, Ireland and Germany. Nepal will start the selection by playing against Oman.

The match between Nepal and Oman will be played on February 18 at Oman Cricket Academy Ground. Nepal’s second match will be against the Philippines on February 19 at Al Amerat Cricket Ground.

Nepal is scheduled to play its third match against Canada on February 21 at Oman Cricket Academy Ground.
The semi-final matches will be played on February 22.
