CIB release 3 people including Barun Chaudhary

Kathmandu-According to the order of the Kathmandu District Court, the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Police has released 3 people including businessman Arun Chaudhary.

CIB has said that according to the order of the Kathmandu District Court, the three person have been released on remand, but the investigation against them in the fraud case will continue.

The district court in Kathmandu allowed three people, including industrialist Arun Kumar Chaudhary, who were arrested on charges of misappropriating the land of the Bansbari Leather Shoe Company, to be detained for two more days for investigation.

The CIB arrested Ajit Narayan Singh Thapa, the then president of Bansbari Leather Shoe Company Limited, along with Chaudhary, and Sanjay Thakur, chairman of the board of directors, from Kathmandu on Thursday.
