Newly appointed ambassadors of four countries present credentials to President

Kathmandu – The newly appointed ambassadors of Japan, Turkmenistan, the People’s Democratic Republic of Laos and the Islamic Republic of Iran to Nepal have presented their credentials to President Ram Chandra Poudel.

In separate special ceremonies organized at Shital Niwas, the newly appointed ambassadors Meda Toru of Japan, Shalar Geldinazarov of Turkmenistan, Baummi Vanmani of Laos and Dr. Iraj Elahi of Iran presented their credentials to President Poudel.

High-ranking officials of the Nepal government were also present on the occasion, said Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, spokesperson for the Office of the President.
