Gandaki Chief Minister Krishnachandra Nepali Pokhrel has said that the visit to Madhes is a new beginning in tourism development.

Stating that the Janakpur-Pokhara direct air transport has established a new link in development, he said that both the governments would partner in tourism development in the coming days.

Stating that the splendor of Madhes can be exchanged by linking it with Gandaki, Pokhrel said that new lessons have been learned from the visit to Madhes.

After two days’ stay in Madhesh Chief Minister Pokharel will be returning today to Pokhara. CM Pokhrel was there with an 18 member delegation at the invitation of the Madhes state government.
