PM Deuba dismissed four ministers of JASAPA

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has removed four ministers of the Janata Samajwadi Party from the cabinet.

It is said that Prime Minister Deuba has dismissed the ministers of Jaspa after the Jaspa left the alliance and prepared to go to the election in coordination with the UML in the elections of the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly to be held on November 20. Deuba, who had previously consulted with the Election Commission and legal experts on the matter of removing the ministers, dismissed all four ministers of the Jaspa today . But since the election code of conduct has been implemented, the commission said that although the minister can be dismissed, political appointments cannot be made.

Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister Rajendra Prasad Shrestha, Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Mohammad Istiaq Rai, Forest and Environment Minister Pradeep Yadav and Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Mrigendra Kumar Singh Yadav were in the cabinet of the coalition government.

Similarly, Govinda Prasad Sharma Koirala, who became the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, has also been removed from the government after failing to become a member of Parliament within 6 months. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki has been assigned the responsibility of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
