Sisneri-Dakshinkali road section closed for 9 days

Kathmandu- Sisneri-Dakshinkali and Kulekhani-Fakhel-Matatirtha road sections have been closed for nine days.

Shyam Aryal, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Makawanpur, informed that vehicle operation has been banned on both road sections leading from Dakshinkali to Kulekhani from today (Wednesday) to 11th Poush for road upgrading.

Traffic has been stopped for blacktopping on the Dakshinkali-Chaimle section. Similarly, traffic operation has been stopped on the Kulekhani-Fakhel-Matatirtha road for road upgrading.

During the closure of these roads, vehicles are advised to travel via alternative routes such as the Kanti Lokpath connecting Hetauda to Kathmandu, the Tribhuvan Rajpath, and the Narayangadh-Muglin road, the District Police Office, Makawanpur has also urged everyone to travel via alternative routes.
