Tara Air’s plane with call sign 9N Alpha Echo Tango , which flew from Pokhara to Jomsom, has been out of contact since this morning.The plane was in contact with the Pokhara airport tower when it reached Lete Pass and then suddenly lost contact.

The search for the pane has been made intensified. A team of 10 Nepal Army personnel and two members of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) went to find the location of the mobile phone while tracking the phone of Captain Prabhakar Ghimire. A Himalayan rescue team has also been sent from Kathmandu and the ground search team of Nepal army has also been deployed.
