Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that a conspiracy is being hatched to break the alliance.

Speaking to reporters while addressing the second plenary meeting of the Bagmati Pradesh Committee of the CPN (Maoist Center) today, Dahal said that a conspiracy was being hatched to break the alliance and overthrow the government.

He says the danger of weakening political change is growing. He further added that although there is a danger of weakening the change, it is not true that the counter-revolution has already taken place.

Chairman Dahal clarified that he had a meeting with Home Minister Bal Krishna Khan in Khumaltar this morning but did not meet Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
