Traffic on Kathmandu-Muglin road section restored after landslide been cleared

The Kathmandu-Muglin road section, which was blocked due to landslide caused by incessant rains, has been restored.

Landslide removal was started on the road section as soon as the rainfall subsided. As the stones and soil piled up by the landslide have been removed, the two-way traffic has been restored.

Even though the landslide has been removed, it would take some time for the traffic to move smoothly due to the pressure of hundreds of vehicles parked on the road since last night.

The road was blocked due to landslide caused by incessant rains since last night.
