UML will not attend the all-party meeting

CPN-UML has decided not to attend the all-party meeting convened for Sunday. CPN-UML has decided not to attend the all-party meeting after knowing that the CPN (Unified Socialist) Party will also participate in the meeting. An all-party meeting has been called at 4 pm on Sunday to discuss the ongoing blockade in the parliament and the MCC agreement.

UML general secretary Shankar Pokharel has said that “we could have a talk with congress in terms of making decision on any matters related on ongoing issues but we would not attend any sort of meetings where any of the unrecognized party will participate.”
