Lalitpur- A youth has been found dead in a toilet inside Kist Hospital in Lalitpur.

The Central Police News Room has informed that a person was found dead in a toilet behind the emergency room inside Kist Hospital in Mahalaxmi Municipality-1 Imadol on Monday.

The police have also identified the deceased youth as 31-year-old Sandeep Rawal of Bishundol, 8, of the same municipality.

His friend’s father was admitted to the hospital due to a stroke. He was found dead inside the toilet after reaching the hospital to meet the patient. Lalitpur Police Chief SSP Shyam Krishna Adhikari informed that the body has been handed over to his relatives after a postmortem.

The police have started an investigation into the incident.
