Nobel Medical College, Biratnagar has barred new MBBS students from entering the college by deploying security guards and outsiders.
The college administration has started teaching the students who have paid extra fees in a separate classroom and has said that other students will be allowed to enter the college only after paying additional fees.
According to the principal of the college, Ram Hari Ghimire, those who do not pay the extra fee have been barred from studying in the college.
