In the last 24 hours, 8,017 people have been infected with the corona virus (Covid-19) and 15 have died on the same day.

According to the Ministry of Health, 15,736 PCR tests were performed on 5,816 people and 6,072 antigen tests were performed on 2,020 people and 8,017 people were infected with Corona virus (Covid-19).

In the last 24 hours, 5 thousand 292 people have been cured of the infection. With the addition on Thursday, the total number of corona infected in Nepal has reached 1 million 62 thousand 105. Similarly, the number of deaths in Nepal has reached 11 thousand 687 and 8 lakh 37 thousand 04 people have been freed from infection.

According to the ministry, there are currently 90,576 active infected people across the country. Out of which 88 thousand 642 are in home isolation and 1 thousand 934 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 257 are being treated in the ICU and 49 in the ventilator.

Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed in 131 children under 10 years of age while 2749 corona infections in the age group of 11 to 20 years have been added.
