Cabinet approves budget for FY 2079/080
Today’s meeting of the Council of Ministers has approved the budget for the Fiscal Year 2079/080.
Finance Minister Janardan Sharma is scheduled to present the approved budget in the parliament today.

After discussing the policies and programs made public by the government, the size of today’s budget to be presented in the parliament will be around Rs. 17.5 trillion.
