Kathmandu: Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu, CPN-UML Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali has said that the solution to all the problems seen in the country should not be sought in constitutional amendment, saying that problems may have arisen due to characters, institutions and tendencies in the implementation of the constitution.
He has mentioned that it would be appropriate to move forward only after identifying the challenges seen in the implementation of the constitution. Gyawali said that the idea of solving all problems through constitutional amendment and changing the constitution if they cannot be solved should be abandoned, and that the constitution should be amended for political stability.
