The government has decided to dismiss the cases of leaders and activists of the Biplav-led party.
The meeting of the Council of Ministers has made a political decision to resolve the cases of administrative and semi-judicial nature as soon as possible and in the case of cases that conflict with the law, it has been decided to dismiss the case by amending the law.
Welcoming the government’s decision, party spokesperson Prakand issued a press release and thanked everyone who participated in the negotiation process.
