Rameshjung Rayamazhi has been nominated as the leader of the Nepali Congress parliamentary party in the National Assembly.

Prime Minister and Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party Leader Sher Bahadur Deuba have nominated Rayamazhi as the leader of the Parliamentary Party.

After the tenure of Radheshyam Adhikari ended in February 2078, the post was vacant.
