Seven were killed in a bus accident on the way to a funeral.

Seven people have died when a bus carrying bodies from Butwal to Ridi for cremation met with an accident. Eight persons have been injured in the accident.

The bus (Lu 1 Kha 7279) met with an accident at Ribdikot VDC-3, Laghuwa of Palpa district,with 35 people in it. “A preliminary investigation is underway into the cause of the accident and the injured have been shifted to Tansen district headquarters for treatment”, police said.
