The odd-even system in Kathmandu Valley for vehicles to be reviewed

The order of the odd-even rule on public and private vehicles issued by three district administration offices in Kathmandu Valley is to be reviewed.

Chief District Officers will hold a meeting on Friday to review the issue, said Kathmandu Chief District Officer Govinda Prasad Rijal.

There were complaints that the public transport was overcrowded even though the odd-even system issued by the administration office in the Kathmandu Valley to control the transmission of coronavirus reduced the traffic congestion.
Kathmandu Chief District Officer Rijal said there were mixed reactions to the system and will be reviewed accordingly.

Similarly, Lalitpur Chief District Officer Ghanshyam also informed that another order would be issued by tomorrow.
