UML’s obstruction in the parliament: next meeting postponed till February 20

As soon as the meeting of the House of Representatives started, the lawmakers of the main opposition CPN-UML obstructed the meeting by chanting slogans.
After shouting slogans, Speaker Sapkota, on behalf of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, allowed Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dilendra Prasad Badu to submit the report of the Adivasi Janajati Commission.

As per the permission of the Speaker, Minister Badu has submitted the report. After that, Speaker Sapkota announced that the meeting of the House of Representatives has been adjourned till 1 pm on Sunday.
