Biratnagar: Speaking at a press conference organized in Biratnagar, former President Bidhya Devi Bhandari said that if the nation feels the need, she can also return to party politics, but she is currently not a party member and is doing national politics.

Talking to reporters, she also said that she has not yet decided to join any party.

‘The presidency is not a non-political position. I am active in national politics. I am holding discussions with all parties on the overall agenda of national politics. I am holding discussions to solve problems such as education, health, drinking water, climate change, and the compulsion of youth to go for foreign employment. I support all national parties. I support parties that are on a specific agenda. If I have to join any party to fulfill those agendas, I will decide at that time,’ Bhandari said.
