The Maoist center has decided not to issue a manifesto or any kind of commitment letter for the local elections.

According to the appeal made public by the Maoist center for the local level election on April 5, the local level can issue its own manifesto but the center will not make any manifesto for the election.

The Maoists’ appeal includes issues such as arranging cooperative and door-to-door employment in every local areas, one toll one enterprise, one toll one product, ending unemployment, and implementing poverty alleviation programs.
